Aaaaaaaand first thing I would like you to do, is to take a look at all of this things as a capacity, and not as a diagnose or wrongness. No matter what you have learned about it before.
And what do I mean?
Well, I always had this capacity to communicate with trees and plants, and when I look at them I just know some exchange of information is occurring.
It is not logical nor it is linear. And we can all do it. Because we are interconnected with everything.
But in order to do that, you need to acknowledge YOU ARE DIFFERENT.
Before I continue, I just want to mention that I have almost all of the 'diagnoses' from the spectrum I mentioned above.
So today I had a conversation about some new future creations with my amazing friend Yasodhara.
Few days ago, I have sent her the photos of my beautiful argentinian tree friends, that you are looking at right now.
And in the middle of converstaion, I asked her something about power of plants.
And then she asked me a question - 'How much more autistic you have to be, to acknowledge what this tree was showing you that day?
And BOOM!
And all of a sudden I remembered all of these energies I was aware of on that day when I found those trees. And for the first time in my life, I really got, that if we are willing to embrace wierdos we trully are, beauties and gifts of life will start to unfold with total ease.
SO!

I adore NATURE everywhere and I would be barefoot and naked constantly.
Though, there is this magic in the Central and Latin America - water and earth smells differently therefore my body is vibrating differently...

I arrived this morning to Buenos Aires, and met with my lovely friends who received me into their house until my hotel check in is open.
First thing I did, I jumped into shower!
I am gonna tell you something - bathrooms in Latin America are something special! Intertwined with nature elements! I indulged all of the smells through every pore of my being AND then Astrid and I gifted to our bodies a Bars session.

3 years ago on this very day I held my first Bars Class ever!
And just in 3 years, everything I asked to change and everything I asked to show up in my life - it actualized!

Did l knew that it will show up? Well most of the time I was not sure, but I was persistent in running my Bars and using the Tools of Access Consciousness and I trusted it is on it's way.
Did it looked like I imagined it will be? No! But when l was willing to let go of my expections and when I look at it, I realized it is even greater that I have ever imagined!
So when people ask me what is Access Consciousness? What is Access Bars? There is not much words for it.
Yes, it is method for stress relief, yes it will make you feel better - but it is also a way of living, if you are willing to perceive it and receive it!

It was talking to me from the beginning.
I had this plan that after already traveling for 3 weeks, to have 1 stop in Pula, go back home to repack and get back on road business wise.
My body was giving me signals that would really like to rest and enjoy sun and salt.
Alas!
My mind was going into different DIRECTION - that I don't have time for that.
So, my suitcase took over the whole story, managed to be delayed, deceived me to say in Pula for one more day for next flight. When it didn't came with next flight, my lovely friend Sanja took over from that point on, asking me what is the difference to stay from Monday to Friday, to wait for next flight from Frankfurt. It is just few days difference.
Long story short - Universe always have plan for you. If you do not resist and react (at least not too much) you will be able to see that there is some bigger plan in everything that is occurring around you.
I had amazing 7 days on the sea and the sun, exchanging Access Consciousness Bars and body processes with Sanja, and in the same time had done all of my work stuff and I wonder what else is possible now?
Special thanks to my suitcase (freaking intelligent suitcase wanted me to buy a UK flag pattern! Ease, joy and glory in finding it among godzillion lost suitcases!) and to Sanja! Who knows how to manipulate me into greater! ❤️
And to her amazing family
What or who is trying to communicate with you today and you are resisting it?
Look around and listen, there are whispers of possibilities everywhere ?
And ask: 'What grand and glorious adventures awaits for me today?'

Meet Sanja! The being who is walking taking generosity of spirit and just the kindest and most genious person ever.
She and her husband picked me up from airport, took me to a shopping mall, and even picked the stuff for me (bikini and dress) - HEY! I had my personal stylists all the way through!
Sanja gave me her phone (we are working on my luggage case) and her family house to stay in, even if its a season time in Croatia and with guests coming and going is always intense.
We had a delicios plate of food, a gin tonic glass, mmmm well two actually and Harry Styles playing just for us (well it was on a Deezer, but hey - everything for a good story!)
They are treating me like a family member and I once again I am beyond grateful!
AND today, we just choose relax and let nature nuture us!

Short story long, I ended up for a day in Frankfurt, with no personal items, washing my t-shirt in a sink by hands, and saw Anthony Johua real size billbord. Hey that is a big deal! I didn't know he is doing commercials and stuff! LOL
And you are wondering what the heck questions have to do with any of this?
Well systems are cracking, airports are in chaos, so it is really ease to fall into trap of godzilion people going mental on the airport. So I asked a lot of 'What else is posssible here? ' and 'How does it get any better then this?'
These are open ended questions, one of the first tools you learn in Access Bars class, and they help stoping your mind algorithms and panic, and open you to space of possibilities.
What happened 45 min later is that I was pulled out of huuuuuge waiting line, got assigned a personal assistant who rebooked everything for me, thanks to a russian guy yelling at me he will call a police and accusing me I stole his line in a queue! That being said, EVERYTHING can be a contribution, your point of view is the only thing that stopping you to see that.
Next thing I asked while I was washing a t-shirt on a sink, how can I have fun with this? And next thing you know - here it is, you are having this half naked photo of me! Well yes aaaaand I acknowledge myself how I have grown with these tools. I was having so much fun! 1 year ago I would probably cry and whine and no sexy mood there I am gonna tell you!
And thrid thing I asked is what else is possible for me to meet Anthony Joshua in person? That one is still in progess. Hey! Universe need time to rearrange everything!
So ask and you shall receive, and when everything looks crazy, what if it is quite opposite of what it looks like.
I will leave you for now with bits and pieces of Freckle Diary - btw that is my new project!

When I was a little girl I had this vision that me being me, giving my attention and energy to people, and places will make them happy. Will make them see the gift they are.
I am almost 36 years old.
I started my journey 2 weeks ago, which was suppose to be regular business trip.
I stayed in beautiful place called ViaVai in medievale Casalborgone.
Francesa (the owner) know me from before, but we never had a chance to spend more time together.
2 days ago I saw this old clock on her fireplace, and I was madly drawn to it.
She told me a story it was from a grandmother of her husband, and it dates back from Czechoslovakia.
I was mesmorized. The clock was talking to me.
Yesterday she came and she told me: 'Milena you know, for me you are familia (family) now.'
In Italy that is a big deal. I was so blown away.
Today on my way to pick up a luggage - I found this red bag on my suitcase.
Francesa asked me to open it later.
I couldn't wait more, I unwrapped it on the airport.
The clock was in.
The card was in.
The gift unfolded.
The gift of being.

I am sooooo grateful for myself, for being freaking demanding, fearless and intense with myself in a first place and then with everything and everyone coming along the way.

When something look really terrible, please know that something beautiful is underneath it.
